Welcome, my name is Korbin Dakota.

I'm all about living a life that I can be proud of. I like to live my life fully expressed. All that means is that on a daily basis I need to move my body, learn new things, be present with the people I spend time with and bring my ideas to life.

I enjoy practices that cultivate my physical, mental and emotional resilience. Nourishing myself holistically. Focusing intently on what I can do and not so much on what is outside of my control. This is part of my recipe for experiencing many moments of peace, love and gratitude throughout my day. My daily practices are what have led me to make my most profound life changes.  

 

As a Health & Fitness Coach, my intention is to show others how to become skillful practitioners of living their own lives. Ultimately giving people the tools to free themselves from the limitations they believe they have. Teaching what I practice is how I choose to be of service to the world.

Fitness

The best fitness regimen gets you to move your body in a way that promotes resilience. As a side effect you will come to love the way you feel, increase your physical capabilities and be able to think more clearly. Fitness programs and coaching sessions are specifically personalized to you. For a wide range of people from athletes to complete beginners, and those who have injuries or disabilities.

Nutrition

What you put inside your body determines what you will get out of it. Start nourishing yourself in a way that will help to give you energy while also promoting overall physical, mental and emotional well-being.

Habit Change

Although important, physical activity and eating healthy is not the whole picture. The habits you perform everyday ultimately affect your ability to make real lasting change. Get support with establishing new habits and being consistent in your efforts.

Stress Relief

Stress is something we all experience at varying degrees, it’s unavoidable and sometimes beneficial. Making the practice of stress management techniques an essential part of overcoming the challenges we face in life.
