I'm Korbin Dakota
I made this website as a way to share my passions, wisdom and art. I offer personal training and lifestyle mentoring as a service. And I am passionate about nature, mindfulness, fitness, learning, veganism, philosophy and overall wellness. ​

My personal training and lifestyle mentoring is for people who want guidance in the art of self-care and making effective change. I'm currently working with people online and for those who live on Long Island New York, I offer in-home and public services. I also do personal training at the gym G2 Training in Syosset, NY.

I take a practical approach to self-care. Keeping things simple and intuitive. I can teach you how to use exercise, mindfulness and food as tools to help you build a solid foundation of practices that will serve you for a lifetime. This is what I practice and teach daily.
