The purpose of my website is to share my passions, wisdom and art. Professionally I do personal training and lifestyle mentoring. And I am passionate about nature, mindfulness, fitness, veganism, learning, philosophy and wellness. ​

My personal training and lifestyle mentoring services are for people who want guidance in the art of self-care and making effective change. I'm currently working with people online worldwide and for those who live in New York, I offer in-home services. I also offer personal training at G2 Training in Syosset, NY.

I take a practical approach to self-care. Keeping things simple and intuitive. I can teach you how to use exercise, mindfulness and food as tools to help you build a solid foundation of practices that will serve you for a lifetime.
