I offer my personal training services to those looking to improve and or maintain their overall fitness and well-being. I'm currently training people virtually worldwide and in-person for those who live in Nassau County.

I take a practical approach to fitness. Keeping things simple and intuitive. I use exercise, mindfulness and education as tools to help people build a solid foundation of self care habits that will serve them for a lifetime. Holistic fitness is what I practice and teach daily. The practice of being aware of and nurturing all parts of oneself .
