What To Expect In A Session

After the first session. Each session is thoughtfully structured to meet you where you are and build on your progress:

  1. Warm up & Check-In: We start with preparatory movement and open conversation, reflecting on your experiences and discussing your goals. This is a time to share what’s been working, what hasn’t, and any challenges or insights you’ve encountered.
     

  2. Review and Practice: Together, we’ll revisit and refine any exercises/practices you’ve been working on.
     

  3. Brainstorm: We'll come up with ways to increase your health and resilience outside of our sessions. I’ll introduce new approaches to self-care tailored to your specific needs, along with strategies to weave them into your daily routine.​

Pricing is a reflection of your specific needs and requirements. Details are discussed during your free consultation. Essentially I offer two types of payment structures, one-off sessions and monthly recurring sessions.
